Chad Wozniak has been in the real estate business for more than 18 years. He lives in the Okanagan and has family roots in the Okanagan Valley going back as far as 1945. His career experience has included luxury, residential, strata, commercial, agricultural, and multi-family investment properties. Chad has also enjoyed working with the public as a business owner and a labor negotiator for multinational corporations. In addition, he’s continually upgrading his knowledge of the industry at every opportunity. He’s a consistent producer and has been acknowledged multiple times for real estate industry performance awards.

Some of Chad’s education designations include, Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), and Master Certified Negotiation Specialist (MCNE).

When he is not working, Chad enjoys hiking, biking, golfing, travel, collecting stamps and coins, classic cars, as well as personally investing in real estate.
