Those who have had the pleasure of working with Michelle Seip know that her hands-on attention to detail and caring spirit reflects how Michelle has served her real estate clients for the past 14 years. Characterized by hard work, a common–sense attitude and diligence, every transaction is stamped with pride and as a result since joining Remax Michelle has been recognized each consecutive year with the prestigious Platinum Award, the RE/MAX Hall of Fame of Fame Award in 2014 and in 2018 the next level Chairman’s award for outstanding career service achievement.

This last year Michelle was presented with the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement career award in recognition for her highly achieved level of outstanding service during her time with RE/MAX.
Combining the power of the RE/MAX brand with Michelle’s integrity, sincerity and commitment to getting the job done has been a simple recipe for success resulting in a positive experience for her clients. In addition Michelle has deep roots in her community. She has lived and worked in Wasaga Beach for over 30 years and has taken her past business experience to now proudly make her mark in the real estate industry. Michelle’s passion and dedication to real estate has made her extremely thankful for the opportunity to introduce people to the Georgian Triangle area and as a result has expanded her area of expertise to all the surrounding communities including Collingwood, The Blue Mountains, Stayner, Creemore, Tiny Township and beyond. It also makes it easy for her to promote all its’ virtues through her involvement in many community events and working on continued television projects as an on-camera host with the local community television station Rogers TV.

As many know, you will see the sparkle in Michelle’s eyes when sharing her passion for horses which has given her opportunities to explore many new places to ride and show her horses. This special part of her life allows her to share her stories to all that know her and in addition to genuinely provide unique expertise in both rural and equestrian properties to her clients.
